Proteom

The decoding of the protein code is currently 92 percent complete, and the full decoding could be achieved at any time. With the key to the composition of proteins, scientists could obtain the information they had hoped for when decoding the human genome: a complete and comprehensive insight into the building blocks of the human body. The documentary explores the race among the world’s leading scientific centres to be the first to confirm the decoding of the protein code. It provides a comprehensive analysis of this historic turning point.
