The meticulous landscape gardener Ing. Robert Haslinger, played by Erwin Steinhauer, has been selected to design a garden plot at GartenTulln according to his own taste.
Dreaming of soon becoming the owner of a small palace garden, he moves to Tulln in his motorhome. There, he finds himself standing in front of a bare brown field and is greeted by his new neighbors, Susanna, played by Ulrike Reimbold, and Reinhardt, played by Wolfram Berger, with the words: “Well, you certainly have your work cut out for you before this becomes a garden!”
The environmentally conscious neighbors’ garden is already blooming in every color. With eagle eyes, the two watch Mr. Haslinger’s gardening efforts.
