Napoli Dogs

Eight very different dogs form the core of a street gang known throughout Naples and the surrounding area: the Napoli Dogs. They are feared fighters when it comes to defending their territory; owners of beautiful female dogs tremble at the persistence of the stray males; and pizza chefs and restaurateurs can only stand by helplessly as their kind-hearted guests feed even the most expensive steak to this cunning gang.

The Napoli Dogs show how once-domesticated lapdogs survive in the urban jungle, what strategies they use, and which rituals repeatedly reaffirm the pack. It is a story that will make you laugh—and make you cry.
