Flammenmädchen

    An arsonist terrorizing murderous Salzburg: for the third time, Stefanie Reinsperger and Manuel Rubey are on a assignment and, on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, are tracking the titular “Flame Girl.” A series of arson attacks presents the two with a new challenge in this latest film from the popular ORF series.

    First, barns burn down, then an old house goes up in flames. For months, one arson attack follows another. An arsonist everyone fears but no one can catch is at work. Eventually, in the charred remains of an abandoned house, a badly burned body is discovered beyond recognition. Accident or intent?

    Franzi Heilmayr (Stefanie Reinsperger) and Martin Merana (Manuel Rubey) from the State Criminal Police Office (LKA) believe it was a coincidence—until the evidence suddenly points in a completely different direction. And from there, deadly danger still remains.
