When taxi driver Ludwig “Wiggerl” Brunner, a true Munich bon vivant, is hit by a tram and ends up in heaven, there is only one way back to the world of the living: he must restore balance to his karma account. As an earthly half-angel and with the help of his daughter Toni, this should be easy enough. But Toni, long neglected by her father, is reluctant to support him in his reckless attempts at making amends. Little by little, time begins to run out for Wiggerl, and he realizes that truly great sins can only be redeemed through truly great deeds…
