Charly, a locksmith from Berlin, was once known in the criminal world as a thief and safe cracker who could open any lock. But he left that life behind to live a normal life with his girlfriend Samira and her son Jonas. One day, however, his past catches up with him. Charly is asked to help steal a valuable coin. If he doesn't, the lives of his loved ones will be at risk. After the robbery, the coin is to be transported to Austria by the driver Joseph on behalf of the boss of the Viennese underworld. But things go wrong during the robbery and the brother of a Berlin clan leader is killed in a shootout. As a result, the fates of Charly and Joseph collide. The two crooks soon find themselves in the crosshairs of various gangster organizations from Berlin, Vienna, and even Marseille. Together, they must flee across Europe and find a way to protect their loved ones from the clans' revenge.
